Just the time, shown calmly
Not every moment needs a scene. This simple timer shows how much time is left in one of three calm styles, with the countdown beside it.
- Disc. A coloured disc starts full and shrinks back to 12 o’clock as your time runs out, like a classroom visual timer. You can read it from across the room.
- Ring. A ring of light drains around the time, like a phone timer in pixels.
- Blocks. One square for each minute. Each one empties as its minute passes, so you see time used up rather than counted down.
Pick a colour, turn on soft ticking if you like, and press S to switch styles any time.
Good for
- Classrooms and group activities
- Kids’ routines and screen-time limits
- Meetings and presentations
- Workouts and stretches
- Cooking and quick tasks
Who it’s for
- Teachers and classrooms. Put the simple timer on the projector or smartboard for transitions, centers, tests and clean-up time. It’s easy to read from the back of the room.
- Kids and parents. Seeing time drain away makes waiting easier to understand than numbers alone, for routines like brushing teeth, screen time or getting ready.
- ADHD, autism and visual thinkers. A visual timer shows time passing instead of just counting it, which many people find easier to follow and less stressful.
- Students. Study sessions, homework sprints and timed exam practice, with a calm visual instead of a ticking clock.
- Meditation, yoga and relaxation. A quiet, soothing timer for breathing exercises, stretching or winding down.
- Work and focus. Pomodoro blocks and focused work sessions, with a mini window that floats over your other apps.

Questions
Is this like a visual time timer?
Yes. The Disc style works like a classic classroom visual timer: a coloured wedge shows the time left and shrinks as it passes, so it’s easy to read at a glance, even for kids.
Can I set any length?
Yes. Pick a preset from 1 to 60 minutes or type your own, up to three hours. Whatever the length, the disc starts full and empties right as time runs out.
Does it keep running in another tab?
Yes. The timer counts real time, so it stays correct while you switch tabs, and the chime still plays when time is up.
Is it free?
Yes. No account, no download, and no pop-ups.
